Dhandapani Rural Charitable Trust (DRCT) was Established in 1992. DRCT is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering rural women through education and skills training.
Since 2014-15, DRCT has been actively involved in government-sponsored skill development programs including: STAR, NDLM, PMKVY, AICTE, TNSDC, NULM, DDUGKY. Recognized as a Skill Hub, DRCT provides industry-relevant training to underprivileged youth to enhance their employability and entrepreneurial potential.
DRCT has demonstrated a proven track record under DDU-GKY, achieving a 75% placement rate, significantly contributing to the socio-economic upliftment of rural communities.
